Selling a home can be stressful, even more so during a pandemic. However, our agent, Andrea Bharucha, made it easy and successful. Andrea came in fully prepared on our first meeting. She knew the asking price of every house in the area in order to suggest a fair asking price to us. She then brought in a photographer who made our home “glow”. Andrea was aggressive in contacting other agents to encourage them to show the house, all the while allaying our fears and concerns. Her negotiation skills were superb.
